My Business Lead Generator

ContentWheel is a Windows program that plans and writes consistent marketing content for your business — every day, from twelve plain documents about who you are and what you do. You review, edit, and publish. $1,495 one-time.

What ContentWheel does — and who it helps

My Business Lead Generator (the ContentWheel engine) is built for owner-run service businesses — roofing, HVAC, plumbing, windows, landscaping, and companies like them — that know they should be publishing marketing content consistently but have no marketing staff to do it. Writing a blog post, a LinkedIn update, and a handful of social posts every week is real work. ContentWheel does that drafting for you, every morning, using plain documents you write once about your own business.

The result is a steady stream of on-topic, on-voice draft content you can review over coffee — instead of a blank page and a deadline.

What you get each day

Every scheduled run produces a dated folder of finished draft content on your own computer.

  • Website blog post
  • Medium article
  • LinkedIn post
  • Facebook post
  • X post

Those five standard destinations are the core of each daily package. The package also includes additional draft assets beyond the standard destinations:

  • YouTube video scripts and thumbnail concepts — drafts you can take to production yourself.
  • An SEO plan for your business, built from your keywords and services.
  • A video-generation prompt file for use with video-generation tools.

These are drafts and planning assets — ContentWheel does not publish anything and does not produce finished videos automatically. If you want professional help turning these drafts into finished work, Fenestra professionals offer optional paid customization, including YouTube Shorts packages, long-form video workflows, and additional channels.

The 12 Seed Files — your business, in plain documents

No technical setup. You answer questions about your business in twelve ordinary documents, and the generator writes from them.

  1. Seed File 1

Business profile — who you are, what you do, and who you serve

  2. Seed File 2

Services — the work you offer, described the way you describe it

  3. Seed File 3

Service areas — the towns, counties, or regions you cover

  4. Seed File 4

Customer questions — the things prospects actually ask before buying

  5. Seed File 5

Brand voice — how your business sounds when it writes

  6. Seed File 6

SEO keywords — the search terms customers use to find you

  7. Seed File 7

Offers and calls to action — what you want readers to do next

  8. Seed File 8

Proof and credentials — licenses, certifications, years in business

  9. Seed File 9

Existing content — anything you have already published or written

  10. Seed File 10

Competitors and market — who else your customers consider

  11. Seed File 11

Seasonality — when demand peaks and slows through the year

  12. Seed File 12

Do-not-claim list — statements your content must never make

Why do SEO keywords matter? Search engines match the words customers type — "roof repair near me", "furnace tune-up cost" — against the words on your pages and posts. When your content naturally uses the phrases your customers actually search, it has a real chance of being found. Your keyword seed file keeps every article pointed at terms that can bring you traffic, not just words that sound nice.

Your AI key stays yours. ContentWheel works with your own Gemini or OpenAI API key — a password-like code from Google or OpenAI that lets the software ask their AI to write on your behalf. An API key is like a prepaid account code: you create it on the provider’s website, and you pay that provider directly for the small amount of AI usage each run uses. The key is stored encrypted on your own computer and is never sent to Fenestra.

A typical day with ContentWheel

Install once, configure once, then review content each morning.

  1. Install

Download and install the software on your Windows computer, like any other program.

  2. Configure the 12 documents

Fill in the twelve seed files about your business — plain language, no technical knowledge needed.

  3. First generation

Run your first generation to see a full daily package immediately, and refine your documents from what you learn.

  4. Set a schedule

Choose the days and time you want content generated. The built-in scheduler handles it.

  5. A dated folder appears each morning

On scheduled days, a new dated output folder appears on your computer with that day's drafts.

  6. Review and edit

Read the drafts in the folder, change anything you like, approve what you are happy with.

  7. Publish manually

You copy the approved content to your own website, Medium, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X accounts. Publishing is always manual — ContentWheel never posts on your behalf.

Built-in help at every step: a full Help Center is included in the app, and (?) icons next to settings open contextual help explaining what each option does.

Built-in quality rules

Every piece of content is validated against your do-not-claim list before it reaches you. If a draft touches something on that list — a guarantee you do not offer, a license you do not hold, a claim you do not want to make — it is flagged and corrected before the package is written to your folder. You also review everything by hand before anything is published, so nothing reaches your customers unapproved.

Pricing

One price. No subscription for the software itself.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do I get?
Windows software that generates a dated daily folder of marketing drafts: a website blog post, a Medium article, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X posts, plus YouTube video scripts and thumbnail concepts, an SEO plan, and a video-generation prompt file. Everything is generated locally on your computer from the twelve seed files you provide.
Do I need to keep the app open?
No. Once your schedule is set, ContentWheel runs the generation on its own at the scheduled time, even if you are not at the computer — as long as the computer is powered on. Each morning you simply open the new dated folder and review.
What if I miss a scheduled run?
Nothing is lost. If the computer was off or you paused the schedule, you can run a generation manually at any time to catch up, and the schedule resumes on its own. Missed days do not affect future runs.
Does it publish for me?
No — and that is by design. Publishing is always manual. You review, edit, and approve each piece, then copy it to your own channels. ContentWheel never accesses your social accounts or website.
Can I edit the content?
Yes, and you are expected to. The drafts arrive as plain files you can change freely. Many owners tweak the opening paragraph or add a job photo from yesterday — the content is a strong starting point, not a final word.
What are the 12 files?
Twelve plain documents about your business: profile, services, service areas, customer questions, brand voice, SEO keywords, offers and calls to action, proof and credentials, existing content, competitors and market, seasonality, and a do-not-claim list. Together they are everything the AI needs to write in your voice about your actual business.
Is there an ongoing cost?
The software itself is a one-time $1,495 purchase — no subscription. The only ongoing cost is your own AI usage: you pay Google or OpenAI directly for the API usage each run uses, which is typically small, and you control the spending limits on your own account.

Consistent marketing content, every morning, without hiring anyone.

One purchase, twelve documents, and your business starts showing up where customers look.
