PROCESS
How Fenestra Works
Three entry points, each with its own delivery process — one philosophy underneath: AI prepares and routes, your people approve, and every step starts from how your business actually runs.
My Business Lead Generator — buy it today, use it tomorrow
Self-serve Windows software for daily marketing content. Typical timeline: same day.
Buy
Purchase through the established checkout journey on our homepage. One-time price of $1,495 — no software subscription.
Download
Install the software on your Windows computer, like any other program.
Configure
Fill in the twelve seed documents about your business — profile, services, areas, voice, keywords, and the rest. Plain language, no technical work.
Generate
Set your schedule. On each scheduled day a dated folder of fresh drafts appears on your computer — typically within minutes.
Review
Read the drafts, edit anything you like, and approve what you are happy with. Content is validated against your do-not-claim list before it reaches you.
Publish
Copy the approved content to your website blog, Medium, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. Publishing is always manual — you are always the one who posts.
Business DNA Assessment — a documented map of your business
A structured assessment delivered as three reports. Typical timeline: 1–3 business days after the required information is provided.
Purchase
Buy the assessment through the existing journey. Review the terms and refund policy first.
Share information
Provide the basics about your business — services, areas, customers, how work flows today. You already know all of it; no technical preparation needed.
Assessment
We review your business across the twelve assessment areas: profile, products and services, service areas, customer questions, brand voice, SEO and keywords, offers and calls to action, proof and credentials, existing content, competitors and market, seasonality, and do-not-claim rules.
Reports
You receive the Business DNA report, a CompanyGPT conceptual design for your business, and a phased AI transformation roadmap — each in plain business language.
CompanyGPT — a custom, connected operation
A custom engagement with phased delivery. Timelines are scoped during discovery; we quote ranges, not guarantees.
Discover
We learn how your business actually runs — usually building on a Business DNA Assessment.
Design
A conceptual design of your CompanyGPT: roles, workflows, integrations, and approval points.
Approve
You review the design and approve, adjust, or reject each part before anything is built.
Build
Approved workflows are implemented in phases, starting with the area of clearest value.
Test
Every workflow is tested with your team against real scenarios before it goes live.
Deploy
Workflows go live one at a time, with training for the people who use them.
Support
Ongoing support keeps the system aligned with how your business evolves.
Who does what
What Fenestra does
- Builds the software and workflows around your documented business rules.
- Generates drafts, proposals, and schedules for your review.
- Tests every workflow before it goes live and trains your team.
- Keeps supporting what we build, and escalates anything sensitive to your people.
What you do
- Share accurate information about how your business runs today.
- Review and approve anything that goes to a customer or changes a price.
- Publish your own marketing content — that step is always yours.
- Make the decisions only an owner can make — AI never does.
Works with the systems you already have
Fenestra is designed around your existing website, phone, calendar, and accounting — not around replacing them. Integrations are added where they remove manual work: syncing appointments to your calendar, drafting invoices into your accounting system, capturing inquiries from the forms and phone numbers you already use. If a connection would not save real effort, we do not build it just to check a box.
An example workflow
An HVAC company runs a spring tune-up campaign. The inquiry form on their existing website captures the request; a draft acknowledgment goes out in their voice within minutes. A quote for the tune-up is drafted from their standard pricing and waits for the office’s one-click approval. Once approved, the appointment is offered against the real calendar, the crew’s job sheet is prepared with the customer’s details, and a reminder is scheduled automatically. After the visit, the invoice is drafted from the completed work and the follow-up review request is queued — every step informed by the same original inquiry, and every customer-facing step approved by a person.
This is an illustrative example of how a connected workflow behaves — not a deployed customer case or a promised outcome.
Typical timelines
- Lead Generator: typically running the same day you buy it — install, configure, and your first generation is ready to review.
- Business DNA Assessment: typically delivered within 1–3 business days once the required information is provided.
- CompanyGPT: scoped during discovery; focused workflows are the fastest, and broader transformations proceed in phases. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
