FENESTRA PRIVACY POLICY

Fenestra respects the privacy of visitors, customers, and businesses that use Fenestra services.
1. Information We May Collect
Fenestra may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
- your name, company name, business email address, and business phone number;
- company website and social media links;
- business information submitted during a Business Assessment or other Fenestra engagement;
- messages, questions, and conversation content submitted through Fenestra;
- information needed to process payments and confirm service delivery;
- technical information such as browser, device, IP address, session information, and security logs when required to operate and protect the service.
Payment card information is handled by the applicable payment processor and is not intended to be stored directly by Fenestra unless explicitly stated.
2. How We Use Information
Fenestra may use information to:
- provide the Fenestra experience and respond to user requests;
- perform Business Assessments and related transformation design work;
- create Business DNA, CompanyGPT designs, RoleX structures, transformation roadmaps, and related deliverables;
- communicate with customers about requested services;
- process, verify, and record payments;
- improve reliability, security, and user experience;
- prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized access;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. AI Processing
Fenestra may use artificial intelligence systems and related technologies to analyze information, generate content, support design work, and assist with the delivery of Fenestra services.
AI-generated or AI-assisted material may be incomplete or inaccurate. Important business information and decisions should be independently reviewed by the customer.
4. Business Information
Customers should provide only information they are authorized to share. Customers remain responsible for ensuring that business, employee, customer, supplier, contractor, and other information submitted to Fenestra may lawfully be processed for the requested purpose.
5. Service Providers and Affiliates
Fenestra may use service providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, AI technology providers, communication providers, hosting providers, and affiliates where reasonably necessary to operate or deliver the service.
Information may be shared with such parties only as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as otherwise permitted by law.
6. Data Security
Fenestra uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No electronic system, transmission method, AI system, cloud environment, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
8. Customer Rights
Depending on applicable law and location, individuals may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other treatment of personal information.
