Business Assessment & Payment Terms

FENESTRA BUSINESS ASSESSMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS Effective Date: August 30, 2026 1. Business Assessment The Fenestra Business Assessment is a paid service intended to help Fenestra understand a customer's business and prepare transformation-design work. The assessment may include analysis of information provided by the customer and may contribute to deliverables such as Business DNA, CompanyGPT design, transformation roadmap, timeline planning, budget planning, or related materials depending on the purchased service. 2. Customer Information The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and for ensuring that the customer is authorized to provide that information. Fenestra may rely on the information supplied by the customer when performing the assessment. 3. Payment Payment is required through the approved Fenestra payment process before paid assessment delivery begins or continues, as applicable. Payment confirmation must be received through Fenestra's authorized payment process. 4. Delivery Delivery timing is an estimate and may depend on the completeness of the information submitted, technical availability, and the scope of work. Unless a different written agreement applies, Fenestra aims to deliver the paid Business Assessment within the delivery window stated at the time of purchase. 5. Customized Work The Business Assessment involves customized work, including analysis, AI-assisted processing, evaluation, design, and preparation of customer-specific material. 6. No Guaranteed Business Outcome Purchase of a Business Assessment does not guarantee that the customer will proceed with implementation, achieve specific automation levels, obtain a particular financial result, or receive a specific return on investment. 7. Additional Work Implementation, optimization, custom development, deployment, maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and other transformation work are not included unless expressly stated in the purchased service or a separate agreement. 8. Customer Review Customers are responsible for reviewing assessment results and deciding whether and how to act on them. 9. AI-Assisted Work Fenestra may use AI systems as part of the assessment process. AI-generated and AI-assisted material is subject to the Fenestra AI Disclaimer. 10.
